Camembert dumplings with cloudberry jam and vanilla ice cream
This dessert comes from Sweden and Anne-li gave us that, we couldn't get enough of this dessert, with the cloudberry jam, just awesome. Its a perfect dish for these lovey summer get togethers.
Ingredients:
Camembert
dough
egg
cloudberry jam
vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Set the oven to 240 degrees.
Make dough thin.
Cut the camembert into slices.
Place Camembert in the dough and make a packet.
Brush the parcels with egg.
Bake the parcels in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Warm-up cloudberry jam.
The packet is served with warm cloudberry jam and vanilla ice cream.
